I serve as the Director for Collaborative Partnerships with UK ICF, the UK Chapter of the International Coaching Federation and am a member of the global team at the International Coach Academy (ICA), a leading institution in Coach Education. I hold expert knowledge of Certification, Credentials and Professional Coaching.

As the Director of Collaborative Partnerships at UK ICF, I'm proud to have supported organisations such as The Greater Manchester Coaching Hub, Yes Futures, Camden Giving, the MicroLoan Foundation, and the Microbiology Society. These partnerships aim to foster a coaching culture, providing invaluable support to both staff and service users. I have also organised independent research by Dr Helen Smith into the impact of community based coaching.
