I work with people to make better decisions in times of confusion and overwhelm.
I partner with individuals to ensure that career, creative and life goals are defined and aligned. These individuals are typically managing a transition towards a better career, settling into a new country or accommodating a significant life change. I work particularly well with people who want to switch up (or on) their ambition, take better care of themselves and take savier or braver decisions. My coaching style is variously described as no-nonsense, calm, thought-provoking and creative. Diversity and inclusion are important to me. I work in partnership with clients to create a safe and non-judgmental coaching environment where people with diverse life experiences, identities and backgrounds feel welcomed.

As a leader in a community-facing organisations you know that staff should be fully equipped to deliver impactful services. Your challenge lies in cultivating a resilient workforce driven by energy and commitment. Unfortunately, funding shortfalls, workplace stress and staff turnover often leave organizations vulnerable. All too frequently, dedicated staff in firefighting mode neglect their own needs as they support others. Establishing a coaching culture empowers staff and services users to develop personalised resilience toolkits which in turns positively impacts staff retention, innovation and even budgets. I provide advice and support for organisations to build coaching into their workplace.
